Useful information for your stay

Rooms and apartments are available from 2:00 pm on day of arrival until 10.30 am on day of departure. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm.
Apartment: minimum stay of 4 nights.
During some periods the minimum occupancy in the apartments Gala II, Gala I and Morgenduft is 4 people.
Double room for single use: on request.
Reservation: becomes final after payment of the deposit.

The rooms are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, safe, fridge, hairdryer and balcony.
The apartments are equipped with hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, bedding and various types of towels. Cleaning (except kitchen) and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.
Even guests staying in the apartments can enjoy our delicious breakfast with local products, at a cost of € 18 per person per day (for on-site bookings € 20 per person and day), children under 10 years: € 10 per day.
Dogs: you can stay with your four-legged friends if arranged in advance at a cost of € 15 per day per pet (without food). Dogs have no access to the restaurant, the garden or the wellness area.
Charger for e-cars on request and for an additional charge (charging coupler Type 2, about 20 KW)
Cancellations: Within 60 days of the arrival date, cancellation is free of charge. From 59 to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit of 30% of the total amount booked is retained. With less than 13 days' notice or in case of early departure, we charge 80% of the stay. We recommend you to take out the ERV cancellation insurance.

If South Tyrol is classified as a risk area during your travel period, cancellations are possible free of charge. Deposits will be refunded.
