The Amelia is located on the sunny plateau of Tirolo, near Merano. You can park your car safely in our underground garage for the duration of the stay. Thanks to the central location, all major destinations are easily reached by public transport.

 

By car:

From the North

Take the Brennero motorway (A22) until the exit to Bolzano Sud. Continue on the "MeBo" (Merano-Bolzano) speedway until the exit to Merano Sud/Sinigo and follow the signs for Tirolo (direction of Passo Giovo). 

From the West

Coming from Passo Resia through Val Venosta you take the exit to Merano Sud/Sinigo and follwo the signs for Tirolo (direction Passo Giovo).

The Hotel Garni Residence Amelia is located in a quiet side road (Via Ling 15/A) in the center of Tirolo.

If you are travelling via the Resia Pass, please enter Merano/Meran centre as your destination in your navigation system and then follow the Lingweg no. 15 - Tirolo/Tirol, otherwise you will be misdirected via a closed local road. In the centre of Dorf Tirol, just stay on the main road at the bus turning and ignore the signs to turn right.

 

By train:

Daily from Munich or Rome/Milan/Venice to Bolzano. Regional train from Bolzano to Merano.

 

By plane:

Traveling by plane is also a convenient option. The nearest airport is in Bolzano (approx. 30 km). The airports in Innsbruck (approx. 40 km) and Munich also offer excellent connections. From there, you can easily reach your destination by taxi, shuttle, or rental car.
